Looking to disconnect and reconnect to your Self? Our Personal Retreats offer various accommodation options and offerings for you to dive into your own personal retreat experience. Enjoy off the grid living in a small community environment while taking the time to replenish and reconnect to yourself. Choose if you wish to keep it simple and enjoy the relaxing Daily Schedule, or dive deeper into Wellness by choosing the wellness services that resonate for you to create you own unique retreat experience, a la carte style!
Personal Retreats are the simple Yoga Forest experience offering plenty of time to be in nature, journal, read, relax in a hammock!
Each day follows The Yoga Forest Daily Schedule for morning meditation, followed by an all levels yoga class. After yoga, enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast and then relax and unwind until lunch.
Restore yourself with a gentle afternoon yin/restorative yoga class before dusk falls and dinner. All meals and classes are open to the community for you to enjoy connection with similar souls.
DAILY SCHEDULE
6.30-7.00am Meditation
7.00-8.30am Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga Class
8.30-9.30am Breakfast
12.30-1.30pm Lunch
4.00-5.30pm Restorative/ Yin Yoga Class
6.00-7.00pm Dinner
All Personal Retreats Include:
- Comfortable accommodations, of your choice (dependent on availability)
- 3 daily, consciously prepared vegetarian meals (also vegan friendly, dietary needs can easily be accommodated)
- Access to daily Community Meditation class
- Access to daily Community Yoga classes
Bonus Community Sauna for Personal Retreaters, when running.
Please note, some offerings such as Sound Ceremony, Cacao Ceremony, Group Breath Work etc may be available and offered upon request for a minimum requirement of participants at an additional cost. Please enquire with our Wellness Staff on site to know what extra special experiences might be possible during your stay.
