SOULSTICE Yoga Retreat

Join Nico for Soulstice, a five-night yoga retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness, and the wild beauty of the natural world. Set in the heart of the jungle above Lake Atitlán, this retreat is an invitation to return to your intuitive roots and embrace the cyclical nature of rest, renewal, and growth.

Each day will include mindful movement, meditation, journaling, and ceremony, with plenty of time to simply be—hammocking in the jungle, dipping into the lake, or walking barefoot on the earth. The retreat is intentionally off-grid, spacious, and held with care.

This is not a retreat about fixing or improving—it’s about remembering. Remembering your connection to nature, to community, and to yourself.

Whether this is your first retreat or your tenth, you’ll be met with warmth, openness, and a whole lot of jungle magic.
