What to expect
Who you’ve been and who you’re becoming are not at odds; they’re in conversation. In the quiet of retreat, we soften the noise and return to ourselves. It’s where strangers become family in just a week. The way breathwork, cacao and deep presence takes you places you never expected. Your Facilitators
Chantée Dardaine (she/her) is a Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher (and forever student), and the Founder of SelfCare. She supports individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and the prenatal/postpartum journey. As a somatic therapist, she works with the body first—honoring the wisdom it holds. Chantee has led a number of workshops, talks, and retreats with the intention of providing spaces for racialized individuals to be together in community. Recognizing the responsibility we all have to healing. Chantée is a mother, daughter, sister, partner, plant medicine advocate, and lifelong seeker.
Ashley Brodeur (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and founder of The
Feelosophy. With over 10 years leading retreats and a background in both movement and mental health, her work bridges the gap between the two. Ashley’s teaching is rooted in nervous system awareness, intuitive movement, and the philosophy of doing less, better. Her offerings blend restorative yoga, therapeutic touch, and somatic therapy to help people feel more connected to themselves. She has led retreats and trainings across Canada and beyond, always guided by a deep trust in the body’s wisdom. Ashley and Chantée blend together spirituality with Western Science to create a week of intentional time to connect to who you are being, becoming and remembering.
